I'm torn on this review because the initial customer experience was genuinely good. The team was responsive. I had high hopes for the product and the service however, the fulfillment and shipping process completely negated the positive start. The delays were frankly unacceptable. The timeline I was given was missed by a significant margin (posted on 2/10/25, received on 6/11/25) and communication about the revised shipping date was poor. This made planning difficult and was incredibly frustrating.To top it all off, when the package finally arrived, the condition was shocking. The parcel was torn open on one side, making me extremely nervous about whether the mouthguard itself was secure and sanitary. Thankfully, the product inside seemed okay, but receiving an item in such a damaged and exposed package reflects very poorly on the logistics used.While the service team is good, the long delay and the compromised packaging mean I cannot recommend Titan Mouthguards at this time.
