Ordered a mouthguard for my son but unfortunately the mould taken did not scan through so I had to contact the company to chase it up. The manager Louis was fantastic, he sent out another kit and went through the process on video call with us. He kindly offered an extra mouthguard for the inconvenience caused. So all in all fantastic customer service would use again.
