Need my funds!!!

Hello, I spoke earlier with one of your agents regarding the self-exclusion program. He asked me how long I wanted, and I replied “5 years.” Immediately after my reply, my account was excluded without any explanation of what would happen to my remaining funds. I’m expecting that he will provide some explanations first regarding the self exclusion but right away my account got logged out and there is no chance to withdraw my unused fund. I would like assurance that I will still receive my remaining balance of $470 and I need the fund as soon as possible!! Thank you.
