Absolutely untrustworthy business. I paid for my order two weeks ago and have received zero communication since. I’ve left multiple messages and emails with no response whatsoever. Completely unacceptable customer service. I’ve now had to contact my bank to request a refund. I strongly recommend avoiding Tivaro Furniture and taking your business elsewhere.
