I have did 2 orders with Tivonette off TikTok on December 12, 2025 and paid for express delivery but I have not received my orders and I have emailed them so many times about my orders. I have asked for refunds but they said I will only get 40% off my orders. I wish I can do a lawsuit against this company but I will report this company to BBB.
