I bought a 2-ticket deal through wowcher for a Batman gig due this February in London...i had to use the code via TIXR's website....which could only process 1 voucher code at a time....so i have ended uo with 2 seats miles away from each other...I IMMEDIATELY contacted TIXR back in December...and they advised me to contact the culture collective... who NEVER REPLIED. Ive been chasing BOTH parties for a response for over 6 weeks straight now and noone can help me CHANGE A SEAT...im willing to pay extra, whatever. The gig is in 3 weeks time and Tixr replied again today saying "contact the venue" which I CANT...somebody PLEASE INTERVENE!!!!
