I've bought items from TKTX for a few years now and their products are literally the only thing strong enough to get me through my 5 hour black work sessions. The cream really, REALLY pulls its weight. I've got a lot more tattoo work to do so this is the only place I feel like I can trust for numbing creams that help me make it through long sessions that would otherwise be brutal.
