Terrible service shop elsewhere do not shop here you will be wasting your timeI purchased numbing cream on a Sunday evening. I was told 1 to 2 business days on express shipping. Which I paid for.I’ve contacted Royal Mail today as there is no update with my tracking and they have advised that they haven’t even sent it onto them as yet.So they lie about the shipping serviceYou also can’t speak to anyone. You have to email them and get a response within 24 to 48 hours. I’ve sent two emails so far no reply as yet.I want a full refund from them immediately as I don’t even want the product turning up late!Terrible service, you should be ashamed of yourself
