I’m pretty annoyed at this whole experience. I bought two tubes of gold numbing cream and paid £3.85 for 1st class delivery. To which I then received a letter from Royal Mail saying “seller hasn’t paid postage” which gave me no option to pay another £5 on top of the original cost not to mention the fact I order this on 2/2/25 and have only just received this 12/2/25
