I purchased a $119 air conditioner in June from this seller, but it has never worked—only the heater does. I wanted to exchange it or get a refund, but no return instructions or address came with the product. After emailing about the issue, I received confirmation but no further communication. I reported this to my bank, but they couldn't help. I've lost my money. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLATFORM.
