TLP have been fantastic. Sold our flat with them and their support has been brilliant, they are very reasonable with their fees and they also deal with the Building Safety Act for a reasonable price too. I do a lot of research before choosing a supplier, and this company came out on top. Good communication and always someone to answer the phone. I also appreciated always knowing the name of who was leading the case at various points throughout the process and could call or email them directly, which I found very reassuring. Sold our flat before we’d found a new place to move to, now we’ve found somewhere I’ve enlisted their services again, and will do so in the future for our next sale!
