Generally I have no trouble with my general banking BUT I tried to have money transferred from the USA on two occasions and nothing arrived . The US Banks followed all the protocols but after actually months of trying still nothing and one amount was fairly substantial.I contacted the TMB and spoke to a very nice women but said they can't intervene as the 'middle party' who I think is situated in Asia just bounced back the money finally to the US bank.....The US bank finally used an ANZ international transfer number and it arrived in 8 hours!!!!! (I don't have a ANZ account but it arrived!!)
