Purchased a snow blower for $6500. It required extensive assembly, taking several hours. Unfortunately, the hydraulic fittings on the motor arrived damaged, not due to shipping, as the motor was packaged separately and showed no signs of damage. I couldn't get the hydraulic hoses to seal properly. I spent a day trying to email and call for replacements, but I still haven't received confirmation for the fittings. Another day will pass, and I still can't use it, with replacements expected to take a couple of days. For $6500, I can't use the snow blower.
