The advertising claimed a "grand opening" with Australian stock and 3-5 days delivery. There was no Australian stock (I ordered a specific grapple). It arrived after 24 days, as it wasn't in Australia when I purchased it. The tine width was advertised as 13mm/half inch, but they are all 10mm, except for the two outer ones, which are 14mm, making them bend too easily on roots. I submitted a one-star review on their site, but it was not published.
