I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Trademax Global Limited, operating under the brand TMGM, regarding the cancellation of legitimate trading profits from my account.
My trading account number is 50220381. During my trading activity on the platform, I executed trades on the USD/JPY currency pair using the leverage provided by the broker on their trading platform. All trades were conducted according to the trading conditions and leverage offered by the broker.
Through these trades, I generated a net profit of approximately USD 2,200. However, after the trades were completed, the broker cancelled my profits without providing sufficient justification or supporting evidence. While my deposited funds were returned, the legitimate profits from my trades were removed from my account.
The broker claimed that my trading involved arbitrage trading and gap trading. I strongly deny these allegations. At no point did I engage in arbitrage strategies, latency exploitation, or any prohibited trading techniques. My trades were executed normally using the trading conditions and market access provided by the broker.
Furthermore, no concrete evidence has been presented to demonstrate that I violated any trading rules. From my understanding, I simply traded based on the available market conditions using the broker’s own platform and leverage.
I believe the cancellation of my profits is unfair and lacks transparency. Such actions may constitute improper handling of client trading results and potentially unfair trading practices.
Therefore, I respectfully request that the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission review this matter and investigate the conduct of Trademax Global Limited in relation to my trading account. I would appreciate assistance in determining whether the broker’s actions comply with regulatory standards and fair trading practices.
I am prepared to provide supporting documentation, including trade history, account statements, and communication records with the broker if required.
