I would like to express my concerns regarding the apparent inconsistency in your platform’s risk management approach.
Your system permits traders to utilize leverage of up to 1:1000, even during periods of heightened volatility such as major news events. In fact, I explicitly confirmed this with your customer support prior to trading. Relying on that information, I executed trades during news releases in full compliance with the conditions presented to me at the time.
However, it is both confusing and concerning that these same trades were subsequently nullified after the fact. This creates the impression that actions deemed acceptable in real time are later reclassified as violations once the outcome is known.
If trading under such conditions is not aligned with your internal policies, it would be far more appropriate—and transparent—to implement preventative measures. For example, reducing allowable leverage (e.g., to 1:200) shortly before major news releases would serve as a clear and fair risk control mechanism. This would ensure that traders are guided by consistent rules, rather than being exposed to retroactive decisions.
A system that allows trades to be executed freely, only to later invalidate them, raises serious questions about procedural fairness and transparency. I respectfully urge you to review and clarify your policies to ensure they are applied consistently and proactively, rather than retrospectively.
Please do not trust this fraudulent broker. Absolutely disappointed. I furthered my report to AFCA and ASIC
