I ordered items in mid-December, but they were not delivered to the designated store by the promised date. After making a special trip to collect them, the store was inexplicably closed. I was promised a resolution via chat, but there has been no follow-through. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing. I would recommend avoiding this service.
