Bought a twin folded cotton dress shirt for a wedding when it arrive it was paper thin, I didn't have to take it out of the packaging to notice this, returned immediately.My gripe is the returns, shocking to say the least! For one they use Evri (Hemes) as their courier absolutely horrible company to use from past experience…dire! They should be dissolved. Forget changing their name just do the world a favour and get rid. I believe the reason I had to wait over a month to get a refund, because Hermes, "Evri's" lost the returns -- so myself the customer had to wait to get a refund, as WELL as contact TM Lewin to prompt them! TM wasn't shy to withdraw my funds but was exceedingly so to put it back…question, what if it was a large sum of money? i.e. in the thousands, I could have kicked the bucket in that past month and guess what! TM gets to keep my money. A customer should not be held accountable for the courier service you choose to provide, and please do not reply to this review with the T&C's jargon "The items has to reach the warehouse for inspection" 21 days is a scope estimate…most customers would estimate a week after returns for the refund to be in process, instead nothing, not even a courtesy update. I had to contact TM to remind them of my refund...This is the digital age step up your game bottom line! No excuses for such a delay, non.10th August 23 TM: I did reach out as soon as possible, but was told I had to wait, not only I had to wait, I had to remind you of my refund well over the 21 days. Yes, a refund has now finally been processed minus £4.95 of my initial payment, as per your T&C's it states FREE returns within 28 days, I returned it the next day, let me guess it did not reach your "Warehouse" within…28 days. In my opinion it's not FREE returns if TM keep the customer on hold so they don't have to pay the returns fee, don't know who is worst TM or Hermes…I used to love this brand…one less customer after this experience, online and in store. I would also be in favour of a FULL refund.
