I ordered a suit on my usual measurements and I could not get the trousers past my thighs being told by customer services 'its a slim fit' - yes I am slim thank you. Instead of it being a quick 'return the trousers, we'll send you the next size up' - I was told to do a return of the entire suit. Naturally I didn't bother re-ordering and went elsewhere. The return went in 19 June, I still haven't had a refund a month later. What happened to you TM Lewins? You were so reliable.
