Honestly I was expecting the very worst. Same day emergency call out to fix a patio door that won’t lock. Best shock was I left a message on an answering service and someone actually called back. Polite. Engaging on this issues I have without making money the first bet call. Wow. Then an appointment was made after a few quick whatsapp chats. Then an appointment was scheduled for 3PM. Then rescheduled for 4pm in a timely manner. 3.45pm the workman attended. He was polite. Clean. Well equipped and had a good understanding of his trade. He explained the problem. He showed me the problem. He prescribed a remedy which I accepted. He proceeded to execute his recommendation By this time I had to offer him water. He advised that the solution was all but temporary and recommended a more sustainable solution at another appointment. Shock time. I now pushed my luck my showing him many other issues and he gave great advise. The request for payment came two days after the works. I now recommend as an all round facility maintenance solution to everyone I can. I sincerely hope they adhere to this high standard of service in the future. This is a genuine reference. I am willing to stand by it.
