Every call you make to discharge vat turns out to be the wrong number. Each call has a hold time upward of 20 minutes. Invoice directs you to a payment site which is not related to tnt but their sister company fedex and payment cannot be processed here. If you have anything to ship use an alternative provider to save your customers the pain of having to deal with this mess.
