Try and ring them. Disaster. There is only 1 contact number 0818400600 to deal with everything. I got no explanation as to why my item is recorded to have cleared customs and then 2 days later it is back in customs for clearance. They gave me a number to call 016860605. I am now on hold 47 minutes. I need to hang up and get on with my life. Added 27th October. No further developments on my package. It appears to have been lost or stolen while in their care. TNT don't know which. I am very surprised that FedEx are not that concerned with TNT performance. Perhaps FedEx are fine with this.
