After no response via email, I called in to try and get some information on a parcel that's been sitting with TNT for 1 week and who haven't been in touch with our customer with an update. The 'customer services' man sounded like he was in a rush and annoyed, so I mentioned that I felt he was trying to end the conversation as I felt rushed and I was told by him that he thought I was 'rude' for saying so. It sounds like that department needs some major customer services training.
