Since my first review about TNT and how they lost my first delivery, I have managed to get a replacement order sent out to me, now, we would all expect that TNT would be all over this one and that they would ensure to delivery this one as a matter of urgency, nah, not TNT. The replacement item was shipped out from Poland and arrived in Tallaght Depot in Dublin in a matter of days, that was surprising to me, the main trouble started when they couldnt be arsed delivering the item on the tuesday when they were suppose to, no, instead the package was handed over to a "third party courier", then when i rang to enquire about this, they said nope, the package wont be delivered on the tuesday, instead it'll be thursday, so I made myself available on the thursday, I noticed the package status was showing that the item as in a TNT depot, when I rang I was told it was being delivered and would be out to me in the PM, then, less than 30 mins after that call I recieved an email from TNT to say no, the package was in customs and required clearance, even though it came from within the EU!?So i rang back AGAIN, I was told this was an error on their behalf and to disregard this email, then I was told the package was RETURNED back to the Dublin depot and it wouldnt be delivered today (Thursday), instead it "might" be delivered tomorrw (Friday). What kind of a s**t show is being run by TNT? Avoid this company at all costs, do not put your customers through this torture if shipping package through the TNT network. Id rather pay extra to ensure that a competent courier company delivers my package. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
