I have contacted your company today on 018067888 and was put on hold for 1hr and 42 mins but nobody could help me ,your customer service team could not help me and kept trying to connect me to the invoice help line but to no avail .. I have rang your company 19 times in the past month and sent 16 emails to no avail ... This is appalling customer care .. I've even had to take time off of work to try and contact your company .. this has caused me great distress and annoyance.. please read further below .I have received 3 letters in the post from FedEx Express .These letters state I owe money , each letter gives a different amount ? firstly what do I owe this money for ? secondly why is the amounts different in each letter ? third , i never opened an account with fedex and have no dealings with this company . For any order I have placed with any company i have paid all chargers before I received any product .Also I have tried to ring your company for the last 2 days on (01)8067655 or (01)8067671 or (01)8067725 but to no avail ,Looking forward to your prompt reply
