Have a similar story as Sergio posted. Cancelled all my shipping on 21.09 before collection and asked for refund. The problem was that the card was charged 4 times but I was creating only a shipment for 1 parcel and the system was saying “payment failed” all the time and did not create any labels for me. Later, at night I got 4 notifications of booking but supposed to be just 1. I called customer support to calcel all the shipments and asked for refund. They said that payments processed by third party which I need to contact by email option on the website. I contacted 3 times, still no results. If anybody ever dealt with refunds from TNT.com, can you please share how you managed to get the refunds. As I am sick of their useless customer support who does not know anything. Do not deal with them!!!!
