Avoid like the plague.Their "state of the art" payment system commits transactions even if there are errors meaning that if you miss to enter some information or if entered in the wrong format the payment will still go through. I had a couple of errors and was charged 3 times. It took weeks to have somebody from support replying to my emails and that only after threatening with legal action. Forget about contact via phone, you will not get through, I never did manage to. Then it took them months to track the extra payments, they even got the amounts wrong despite providing them all the info from the very beginning. Not a clue whatsoever, more than two months after the initial contact they managed to track the payment and still took them another month to reimburse me while giving the usual crap "so and so are on annual leave......" as an excuse. Goes without saying that I give them 1 star because I cannot give 0.
