Somone will respond shortly-responds after 24hours at best. Call out support line - waiting 30min multiple time no answer. Status( delivering - took a day off so losing money at 16.44 got notification - time constraint prevented delivery.Correcting review.I still do stand behind points mentioned above.But after couple of constant emails managed to deliver in shortly changed address.Still getting parcel did take more effort than needed.If any of TNT reads this.I do not mind longer waiting times compared to other couriers better to have workers who are not overworked and given nice lunch breaks.But please give your drivers work phone so they can be contacted.Not everyone leaves in easy accessible locations.Improve response times when support gets back to you email or phone.And update tracking at least 3-4 times a day instead once in 24 hours.Hope next time there will be service experience worthy of 5 stars.
