Another corporate company that does not care for its customers! My company sent products to the US and they arrived broken and some missing/stolen (by manhandling of FedEx staff, the worst of the worst). This was reported in time to TNT but due to some technicalities the claim was not submitted "online" by due date.. TNT now says they cannot address the issue because of this technicality..nice people, Fiona Wolfe from TNT must be the least helpful person i know!I encourage people to rather use reputable couriers like DHL, one pays for what one gets!
