The original delivery was scheduled for Friday on the 2nd. For no reason and without any contact it was rescheduled for Tuesday the 6th before 9am. At 10am I contacted the costumer service who are polite but nonetheless useless to tell me that the delivery will take place on Tuesday but until 6pm. At around 4pm I looked at tracking site only to be informed that a non-existing delivery took place but I was not able to be reached, despite being home all day after taking the day off to make sure of the delivery. I contacted again the costumer service only to be told that the hope to deliver the parcel maybe tomorrow. Unacceptable if can be considered service. I was also told that I will be contacted by a supervisor. Guess what I haven’t.
