I do wish i had an option for no stars. Absolutely rubbish. Had a shipment that arrived on the 10 feb and todays 20 feb haven't received it but received an email to tell me its been shipped back to the sender. After talking to them over the phone for the past couple of days to confirm the address. Apparently my shipment was returned because their system doesn't except UK phone numbers. Even the customer service agents on calls and chat have no understanding and lazy as apparently had no notes put in with information provided which means you need to repeat yourself every time you call. I was also told that the TNT depot in Dublin do not pick up calls regularly which shows lack of communication. They have cost me more than the shipment value.
