My delivery was checked into Cork, but there was no movement on the shipmemt, saying delay, shipment in transit so I contacted the team at TNT.so rude, very amused that i had not contacted the merchant, even though I had been following their track and trace App. They said there was paperwork missing and the merchant needed to be contacted. I asked if they were contacting them to inform them they needed paperwork, they said no, and why didnt i contact them myself, they had no contract with me, and they were not responsible to me, just their supplier. The lady i was talking to was extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful.
