I got an email 2 hours ago saying the driver failed to deliver my parcel as no one was home ...lies there was 4 of us in the house all morning . I phoned customers services in gateshead to be told they have no way of contacting the driver or local depot only to be told she would phone them after I asked to speak to her manager. They are hopeless I will be emailing the company that used them explaining this to them and telling them find another delivery service or I will take my business somewhere else
