One star is too much i will rate 0 star. This is my experience...or my nightmare... My parents sent me a package from Sardinia the 7th of December 2021 for Christmas.. It was supposed to arrive the 17th.My Parents sent a complain. I called the 30th of December 2021 as my package did not arrive yet they told me to wait. I was following the package on the website that was constantly changing. One day was in Ireland and the next day was still in France. I called the 17th of January 2022 my package was is Ireland, in Dublin, I live in Kildare but they told me to wait and that i couldn't go to collect it. The 21st of January 2022 friday.. my parents who are monitoring the website tell me that the package was sent back to the sender after agreeing with me. I have never received a phone call or a message. I immediately sent an email as they do not answer the phone on Friday after 6.I called on Monday morning at 8am as soon as the open the customer service to stop the shipment and they tell me do not worry it still in Ireland it will be delivered to you. I call again in the afternoon and they tell me do not worry. I call again on Tuesday and they couldn't locate the package anymore. I called again on Wednesday morning and the package was already in Belgium. I called today and it was already in Italy actually was already delivered to Sardinia.. This time only took less than a week. They told me that my parents did not put my contact details instead my parents sent me a picture of the label that had all my contact details they said that cannot do anything that my parents have to deal with it.
