My experience with TNT has been extremely disappointing. I paid for a delivery that was supposed to arrive on Wednesday, 1st April, and it still has not been delivered. I received a call on Thursday claiming the driver couldn’t reach the address, only to discover that the address was cut off in your system. After correcting it, I was promised delivery on Friday — nothing arrived.
What made the situation worse is the complete lack of accessible customer support. Your website redirects me to FedEx, and FedEx then tells me to contact TNT. When I call the number provided, it loops me back to FedEx again. There is no way to reach a TNT agent, no escalation option, and no functional support channel.
This is not acceptable for a logistics company. I rely on this delivery for my work, and the combination of failed delivery, poor communication, and an unusable support system has caused significant disruption. TNT needs to fix both its delivery reliability and its customer service pathways urgently.
