I would have rated them a ZERO if it were an option. I placed an order for chewing tobacco, and after my payment went through, I received a message stating they required an additional $200.00 for refundable insurance. They claimed the driver would reimburse me upon delivery. This is a MAJOR SCAM from this company. Do yourself a favor and keep your money; steer clear of them!
