Long-time customer faces issues with order change and communication

As a dedicated customer for 10 years, I placed an order in June 2025. I tried to reach out via phone and email on June 30, before the shipment, to change my order from king tubes to 100 tubes. Unfortunately, there was no response from the company to my call or email. On July 1, I received an email stating the order shipped at 12:55 PM on June 30. However, the order status showed it was pending acceptance at 2:44 PM and accepted for shipment at 12:12 AM on July 1. I disputed the charge on June 30 in good faith, having attempted to contact the company for the change before shipping, aligning with their own policy. The company was fully compensated for the order. Clearly, there was a miscommunication regarding the order status and shipping report. This situation does not reflect bad faith on my part. Now, the company has blacklisted me, resulting in all tobacco providers denying my orders. I reached out via email again, but like before, there has been no response regarding my request to be removed from the blacklist.
