I ordered several products and received all but 1. No explanation for the really needed missing product but having worked in distribution myself I figured from the invoice that it was on back order by an abbreviated code, i.e. not in stock. Why was this not marked on the website as 'Out Of Stock'? No explanation and no apology. Many others wouldn't realise why they didn't receive their item. Very poor customer service is all it comes down to. No care for the small orders, we don't count is the impression I was left with.
