I was extremely impressed with the excellent customer service I received from ToBe.com.au.I recently ordered some face masks at a very good price and when the despatch company didn’t deliver them, I contacted ToBe. They immediately sent my order again, no questions asked, but with a different dispatch company and I received the order very quickly. I rang to thank them and was kindly told to keep the first order as well, if it did eventually arrive.I will definitely order from this company again in the future because I very much appreciated their excellent customer service, as well as their very affordable, good quality products.
