Everything was great about purchase, shipment, delivery. All on time. Product is great, and works perfectly well with my setup. Dock doesnt overheat even when all ports are in use. Only nitpick is missing any kind of USB-A/C ports / SD card slots on the front, but it can be worked around via additional passive dongle so its fine.
