Incredible and still going strong. I'm addicted (in a good way) to working out with Tobias and pushing my limits. I highly recommend! Until I started coaching with Tobias and regular 1:1 training sessions (1-3 times pr week on average 2 sessions pr week) I had always stopped when i lost motivation. Now i value consistency and progress over motivation and it sounds simple, but the mental work we have done to get there is very deep & profound and takes a coach that really listens and is deeply passionate about seeing you grow.And Tobias is just that! I highly recommend.
