This game has become very disappointing. Most items now cost money, and prices are inflated for a children's game. I previously spent a lot building my world, but after a break, everything is gone. I didn't delete the app or switch devices, yet my purchases have disappeared. I've tried various methods to restore them with no success. The game feels like it's taken my money. Performance is also poor, with constant lag and crashes. It's disheartening for both kids and parents to invest time and money only to see it all lost. I've reached out to the support team multiple times without any response. This feels like a cash grab, and I'm heartbroken over my lost investments. Until the developers resolve these issues, I can't recommend this game.
