Buyer beware if you are in the UK. As in a previous review, I ordered from the UK not realising that the item would be shipped from China. I ordered the Calming otter which, when it arrived was of very poor quality and completely unsuitable for a baby. I contacted Toddla through their website help page and duly got a quick response. I can return the item but must send it to Australia for a refund!! Obviously the cost would be ridiculous. Read all of the small print before you buy from here.
