Not legit, it took 37 days for my order to arrive & the item was child size , inferior quality & nothing like the photo advertised. They refused to refund my money!!! This is consumer fraud!!!I ordered#4455, Ashford polished Csshmere Maxi coat December 1st, 2025 - promised arrived date December 23 rd cost $87.48 I sent an inquiry December 27 th because because the item still had not arrived. The response was very non chalant on Saturday Dec. 27 at 7:42 pm (Randy) stating that it should arrive soon with a link to track tha package & best regards. On January 4th, I sent 3 photos: 1st the luxurious floor length floor length maxi coat that was advertised 2nd - the response I received from (Randy) Todd Wexler support team 4th-a refund demand Jan. 6,2026 I sent another photo of the advertised cashmere maxi coat & photo of the item I received!! I requested an immediate & full refund. Someone would have to be no taller than 4 feet for the “ sweater” to be floor length and child for it to fit!! I sent a formal request to be sent a return label authorization to return the item that was not as described or pictured. January 7th I got an email stating Todd Wexler would offer a 20% refund, plus a $15 gift card for my next ordered!! NOT! It’s insulting Friday 9, 2026 I receive an email stating to initiate the return process. I should send “coat” to an address in Coral Springs, Fla. at my own expense. I spent $12.80 & I was offered of a 50% refund as a gesture of goodwill.
