From the beginning their customer service tried to mislead me. I wanted to cancel and sent notice 3-4 days prior to shipping. The customer service team lied despite the detailed carrier info I sent. Then they sent me the wrong size. I emailed them and they wrote back stating the size they sent was correct. After showing them online sizing charts, as well as pictures of my shoes next to their incorrectly sized slides, their customer service rep was still belligerently, denying the fact that the size was wrong, and insisted that I pay return shipping. In the end, I had to do a charge back with my credit card company. EDIT: IN REPLY TO TODD WEXLERS RESPONSE:I tried in every way possible to amicably resolve the issue prior to charge back. And after the charge back I wrote you again and explained how this was a loss for both of us, and did not receive a reply from you. So now I've got a pair of useless slides and you were charged back in full. The ball is in your court if you'd like to reply to my last email.
