I ordered something on 12/18, and never received any shipping information. I have contacted them by email on 12/26, by phone on 12/29, and yesterday through their website asking for an update. Still nothing. At this point I’m not sure if they stole the money and there’s no product behind this purchase! Very odd that three communications have gone ignored.
