I don't even know where to start with this company! My order was confirmed but never sent until I managed to speak to their customer service which in itself is a real challenge. They do not answer emails, web forms from their website or Instagram messages. In a last attempt to reach them I tried messenger, that was my luck. They supposedly sent my parcel with priority shipping with a commercial gesture for the massive delay and the fact that one of the shoes I ordered was then out of stock. The parcel finally arrived but not as a priority, a regular shipping and one pair of shoes is missing (commercial gesture one). They are a disaster, their shoes might be cute but are not worth the pain of having to deal with them. Never ever again I will order anything from them!!!
