I ordered from them for the first time, when i saw the lovely kids shoes collection that they have, but unfortunately i ordered the wrong size, at that time my order wasn’t yet delivered, so i contacted them informing them that i ordered the wrong size, and if they can give me the other size that i wanted for my son, they have teach me first how to take the correct size of the feet, so i did, and i informed them, after that they have advised me with the correct size, and told me that they will send me the correct size.When I received the order it was the old size, which was really small, i asked them to please help me return the item, and take the size, then guess what happened !! They have offered me the new size that i want.I really loved how nicely they have deal with my wrong order, helped me to take the correct size, and delivered to me the exact size i wanted. I am sure that this will not be the last purchase with them 😭😭 they are so kind ♥️♥️♥️♥️I would even give them more than five stars ⭐️, because they really deserve 🥹♥️
