Great customer service! I bought 2 pairs of shoes which I liked but they turned out to be too small for my boy. When I asked if Toetots could do an exchange, they shared that they couldn't but instead offered free replacement service, and just needed me to pay for international shipping which was very fair! They even allowed me to purchase shoes in different styles as they understood that the original design may not have fit my son. Really awesome customer service and help!! I've since received the replacement shoes and like them very much as well :)
