I bought a kit for Myra The Bichon when I was at Crufts. I had reason to visit Toft’s website and thought I had been overcharged for the kit, so I contacted their customer service. It was explained to me that I had misunderstood the price shown on the website, which I had. I apologised to the team and I received a lovely email back from them. The quality of the items in the kit are very good, and I would not hesitate to buy from Toft again.
